My Story

I am a Miami native, mother, daughter, sister, friend, lover, poet, and life coach living in the New York City Metropolitan Area. I love the ocean and the sun and always miss it. I have also come to love the seasons. They remind me of the seasons of our lives, where we experience pain and pleasure, challenges and opportunities, and confusion and clarity. Every day, many of us have the privilege to make choices that influence and impact our inner and outer worlds. 

This move from the Sunshine State helped me experience insights that were transformational and changed the course of my life. Leaving behind everything familiar and comforting, especially my limiting beliefs was difficult, they had been with me for a long time. Intuitively I knew it was necessary to acknowledge them and release them if I was going to move forward and unlock my heart's desire.  

I took a leap of faith because it's much more powerful than fear. I resigned from what I felt was a secure position and went from Business Development Manager for a Global Law firm to a Life Coach focused on Human Development. My passion has always been the same. To help others remember who they are. 

Through neuroscience and thoughtful accountability, I offer motivated heart-centered clients, a compassionate and intuitive space, guiding and supporting them, as they activate and elevate their true potential, unlocking their heart's desire.
